A Tennessee native born in the small town of Jamestown. As a child and into his adult life he was entrenched in the industry of flooring and construction through his fathers store and construction company. After owning a retail business for nearly a decade in Colorado, Israel decided to return to his roots and bring his family back to Tennessee. In 2011, he started HydroCare in Tennessee.
